This is an interesting question that many people fail to answer for themselves. In reality, health means something different to everyone. Elite athletes aren’t considered “healthy” if they cannot perform at an elite level. On the other hand, non-athletes are considered healthy if they can manage their daily lives without much trouble.
Health (or sickness) is a continuum. When you think about it that way, it makes it a bit easier to understand and measure where you are and how you can improve.
